- We are a locally owned State Farm Insurance office in Menomonee Falls, WI, established in 2017. We serve the entire greater Milwaukee area for insurance and retirement planning needs.

- This position is with an independent contractor State Farm Agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize sales leads from various sources & provide quotes and proposals.
- Conduct a high volume of customer contact via phone, text, and email.
- Present quotes and estimates to potential customers with thorough follow up to close the sale.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Conduct appointments in-office or virtually with both new & existing clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales required.
- Ability to obtain WI insurance licenses required (Property, Casualty, Life, Health)
- Strong work ethic.
COMPENSATION
- Competitive Compensation: Base Salary + Unlimited Commissions. Your total annual compensation will be between $50,000 and $70,000+ depending on your personal performance.
