POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a friendly & dependable individual to join our insurance agency for an entry-level role as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients and support our team in delivering outstanding service every day.
We are seeking a friendly & dependable individual to join our insurance agency for an entry-level role as a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients and support our team in delivering outstanding service every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming service phone calls and take accurate messages
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Manage claim-related text messages and conduct follow-up calls
- Schedule appointments for the agent and account representatives
- Assist the team with follow-ups to collect needed information (e.g., driver verifications)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Friendly customer communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Previous customer service or office experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

COMPENSATION
- This is an entry level position with hourly pay from $11.50 - $12.00 plus a monthly bonus based on performance of $400+
- Retirement participation plus matching of 3%
- Paid time off
HOURS
- Ideal candidate is available to work in-office Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm
Compensation: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
