ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jason Marquardt State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members & taking messages.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Processing customer payments in-office and over the phone.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
